How to handle difficult Stakeholders.

The success or failure of a project is massively dependent on its stakeholders. If there is one thing that project managers fear, it is resistance. Keeping stakeholders satisfied is a challenge in itself and this challenge becomes monumental if stakeholders prove to be difficult or hostile. Handling difficult stakeholders requires a combination of effective communication, empathy, and conflict resolution skills. Here are some strategies you can use: Active Listening: Listen carefully to their concerns and grievances without interrupting. Paraphrase and repeat back what you've heard to ensure understanding.
