Anti-patterns in agile are bad practices used to improve the process. But in reality, it creates negative consequences for sprint goal by slowing down progress towards achieving agile goals. That is why retrospectives should be taken seriously so that the development team can observe identify potential problems with the existing process based on past mistakes and can introduce improvements by brainstorming the solution.
